Rates & Deposit


An initial deposit of $500 is required to reserve your date. It is applicable to your final payment. An additional $500 refundable deposit must also be made. It is completely refundable after your event as long as there is not any damage or excessive clean up required. The initial deposit is not refundable upon cancellation of your event.

Rental hours are from 8am until midnight. Wedding rehearsal is included in the rental fee. Rehearsals are scheduled for Thursdays.

Please note: 50% of day fee is due no later than 6 months prior to your event and payment in full is due no later than 60 days prior to your event.

Personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks are accepted forms of payments to Always Perfect Events. We do not accept credit cards.
